Our Lemons Are Blue Skinny Can Cooler is designed to hold most popular brand name skinny canned beverages ranging from: hard seltzers, sparkling water, tea, and energy drinks. Screw on lid is equipped with a rubber gasket that securely grips and holds your can in place. Once secured, your drink stays refreshingly chilled sip after sip for up to 12 hours. Slim, condensation free body is finished off with a silver base trim for a stylistic finish resembling the look and feel of your traditional canned beverage.

Crafted with our high quality, food grade 18/8 stainless steel (304 stainless steel). This material is commonly found in professional kitchens; utilized for its non-porous nature for resistance against bacteria, mold and lingering odors. The 18% chromium and 8% nickel composition makes it less likely to rust or corrode.

When will my order ship?

We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, and as soon as your order comes through, we go straight to work.

First, we process the order — we do the nitty-gritty backend stuff and prep the pieces needed to print your item.

Second, we print. We make every item to order, so sometimes this step might take a couple days, depending on volume.

The bottom line: We want to get you the best quality product, and make sure everything is just how you want it. From there, we package your order with love and send it on its way.

A tracking number will be provided so you can track your package as many times per day as you wish once the item is processed and shipped.

Please note our most current processing times:

  • Sequin Pillows and Backpacks - 1 to 3 business days
  • Blankets - 3 to 5 business days
  • Engraved Tumblers - 5 to 7 business days (Kid Tumblers 7-10 business days)
  • Color Printed Tumblers - 7 to 10 business days
  • All other items - SEE PRODUCT SALES PAGE for the particular item

Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. 

Due to stock issues or quality issues some products or colors of products take longer. 

Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes... Please email us at Help@LemonsAreBlue.com to cancel as soon as possible.  If it is a personalized item and production has already started on it we cannot cancel the order. 
  • Jewelry items are produced within 1 business day of ordering as these items sometimes are hand engraved.  If it's been more than 1 business day of ordering a jewelry item and it's personalized (engraved on front or back) these cannot be canceled.

How do you handle returns?

  • Please send item within 60 days of your purchase to receive a refund. The item must be in new condition. 
  • Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so we can process the refund quickly. Please allow 2-3 business days to have the amount refunded processed.
  • Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.   Depending on how you paid it may take 2-3 more business days for the funds to arrive.  
  • If item was ordered incorrectly by customer, then customer will be responsible for shipping fees back.  If item was sent incorrectly to the customer, simply take a picture of item and donate it and email our Help team.  We'll send you the correct product.  No need to send product back.

How do you handle exchanges?

  • Please send the item you would like to return along with a note to our warehouse. Once we have received your exchange, we will send your new item at no additional cost.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for restocking and processing on all exchanges. Some items may not be exchanged, and will be noted in it's description.  We only accept exchanges within 60 days from date of purchase.
  • If item was ordered incorrectly by customer, then customer will be responsible for shipping fees back.  If item was sent incorrectly to the customer, simply take a picture of item and donate it and email our Help team.  We'll send you the correct product.  No need to send product back.

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Orders typically take about 5 days to ship but please see the item description to get the most accurate time frame as it varies per product.  Some products may take up to 2 weeks to ship.
  • All Lemons Are Blue orders are custom made and printed-on-demand individually when you order.  In other words, we don't have boxes of products ready-to-ship.  This allows us to add personalization to items or customize as you want.
  • Orders can take up to 3-5 Business days to arrive once shipped for USA domestic orders.  International orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you need your order sooner for an event or as a gift, please reach out to customer service and we will do our best to make sure it arrives on time. 

Important note for Canvas orders

  • Please confirm your personalization is 100% correct when you place your order - these orders cannot be changed 24 hours after order is placed!

How can I track my order? 

  • You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped.
  • Please review the emailed receipt we send after each order is placed to see the most up-to-date processing times.

How does the apparel fit? 

  • Please see sizing charts on each product sales page for apparel.  

How can I exchange an item? 

  • YES! Hassle-free returns! Please email Help@LemonsAreBlue.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning.
  • If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost. 

*Exchanges must be made within 60 days from the date your item was delivered. 

*Unfortunately we cannot take returns for Personalized items unless it's a quality issue. Those sales are final. 

Do you offer refunds? 

  • ABSOLUTELY! If you don't love your Lemons Are Blue item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 60 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. Simply contact customer service and let them know you are returning the item and once we receive the item and inspect it a refund will be issued.
  • Please include a note as to why the item is being returned along with your order number and name so we can process the refund quickly. Also, please allow 2-3 business days to have the amount refunded back onto your form of purchase. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email notification.
